I understand the difference as following:

• Support centres are facilities to support the ServiceNow customers and provide assistance,
  • Technical support, assistance, and service desk, 
• Data centre are to host and store the data. 
  • Part of the platform's global infrastructure.

Data Center refers to the location where the servers and remote storage are hosted, and where the client instance is maintained.

Support Center refers to all locations where ServiceNow provides support to customers and partners in a technical capacity.
