I understand the difference as following:

• Support centres are facilities to support the ServiceNow customers and provide assistance,
  • Technical support, assistance, and service desk, 
• Data centre are to host and store the data. 
  • Part of the platform's global infrastructure.

Support Center refers to all locations where ServiceNow provides support to customers and partners in a technical capacity.
