Developer Instances Offline Issue

Due to some technical reasons, developer instances are offline. We are actively working on this issue and trying to resolve this asap.

I have received a mail stated that "Maintenance window: Estimated 1 hour beginning on 2021-07-24 at 09:00:00 GMT."

But its been a week and I am continuously getting message that "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes."

I am facing the same issue since 26th July 2021. My Personal developer instance is still offline. I don't have a backup of the work that I did in my PDI and I need this instance. Could you please help me to get my PDI online.

Hi @Kamini Kansal @Vijaykanth Golla ,

Still, PDI is showing in Offline Status and only the "Release Instance" option is showing. Earlier the "Start Building" button and the "Refresh Instance" options were enabled but now all options are disabled except the "Release Instance" option.

Could you please look into it and resolve the issue to get my PDI online.

Hi all,

I feel like this is a reoccurring issue.

My PID has been down since the maintenance window on the 9th & 10th of August.

I was using it every day as I was working on a POC.
During the maintenance window I also received the inactivity warning mail that the instance will be reclaimed if not used within 10 days.

I hope this won't happen as I did use it every day.

My instance is offline and sometimes it's trying to restart but after that is offline again.

I have a SN test today and the time is very important in this situation because we have a limit for this test.
