I have lost admin access on my PDI (dev78237). It was working fine day before yesterday.

But my instance is up and running, Is this issue somehow related to instances being offline?

If so, kindly help as I have some development work saved on it.

Tomorrow is day when it will be reclaimed.  If not back online by tomorrow, will my instance be reclaimed?

 My instance "https://dev93644.service-now.com/" is currently offline. It says "This can happen when the instance is processing a request, undergoing maintenance.

Could you please help me out?

I am not able to access my PDI. when I am trying to logging in I am getting an error like

User name or password invalid. To reset your admin password click here. Please note this is different than the credentials used to sign in to the Developer Site.

Could you please help to resolve this issue at the earliest. Its been almost 10 days and I am still waiting for your response. Please do reply.
