When is my instance dev16982 coming back online? It has now been over 48 hours. It would also be helpful to know what happened. I understand an outage for a couple of hours, but this seems to be a much larger problem.

Why does it take this long?? You can say that when an outage is maybe for a couple of hours, but when it is over three days now we deserve more background info.
