@Kamini Kansal My instance was used 3 days ago, when I clicked on it, it said hybernating, but no way to wake it up. It doesn't appear in my instance list as well. Please kindly fix it, thanks a lot!

Hi Antheia,

Your previous developer instance (dev64811) has been reassigned to you. You will need to perform an 'Admin password reset' to regain access. Please ensure you are using update sets or a git integration to back up the changes you've made within your instance. This will help to mitigate this issue by moving forwards.

NOTE: The same developer instance is not usually reassigned to its previous user once they've been reclaimed/released. Once an instance is reclaimed, an automated process removes all configuration changes made, thus returning the instance to an out of the box state.

Due to 10 days inactive I lost my personal developer instance. I am unable to restore it as no backups are available for me to select. Is there a way to get my instance back? Is there a customer service center I can call or send email to get the instance back? I have so much work saved in that instance and I don't want to loose it. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Can we at least get a status on the maintenance and if it is still going on?  According to the email, it was to start at 10:00 GMT and last one hour.  Is this extending past the anticipated end time and if so, when can we expect them to be back online soon?

As I can see, your instance has successfully restored over to dev75180. Can you take a look and let us know if you're having any issues?

We keep telling to our users that please do not depend on these backups. We don't want people to rely on backups because they are actually not very reliable - they can be lost because the server that they were stored on has a hardware failure, or the backup failed to execute successfully.

Please ensure you are using update sets or a git integration to back up the changes you've made within your instance. This will help to mitigate this issue moving forward.
