Validate Task is repeatedly failing though all steps have been performed
The below error message is getting displayed.
Filters have been applied as below

Try this :
If it still doesn't work, skip the task and move on to the next one. Don't put too much effort into a single task.

Hi,
According to the validation text it seems you should only have filtered the incidents to show the active ones, but your current filter is filtering more than that (active = true, category = software, priority = 1). Do try to set the filter to show all active ones.
Next, it says to arrange the sorting to show the highest priority incidents on top, this is not shown in your images, double-check that too.
Not entirely sure what the last part means, but I would guess it's something about adding the priority to the list.
