Hi all, I took the CAD exam yesterday and before I submitted my exam, I counted the number of correct answers and was confident enough to pass, however, the result said that I didn't pass. Is there a way that I can get my results checked again?
Also, I had missed my first attempt due to a technical glitch in their app and I lost the second attempt. So is there a way that I can get one more free attempt?

Hi @ISHAMISRA
Share the results you were sent after the exam (the %-age breakdown by section). Once I see that, I'll be able to explain why you didn't pass.
And, no, unfortunately, you will have to pay for the re-take.

Hi @ISHAMISRA
If you fail, immediately you should get an email with score per domain in your registered email.
Check which domain , you need to improve.
Tips: In your second attempt
1. Practice again the course content till your concept is clear.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) Learning Path
2. Certified Application Developer (CAD) Exam Blueprint for syllabus
3. Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
- Practice lots of mock question with Correct Answer
- Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
- If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
- Once you are confident , Schedule the exam and Go for it.
Good luck!

I've noticed you've cut-and-pasted this same answer several times now. It's fine but in my humble opinion, I suggest you change the MeasureUp link, for clarity.
The one you keep using goes to a login page, which is a bit confusing for new users. Consider changing it to this, which explains the study options MeasureUp offers for ServiceNow users:

Hello @ISHAMISRA
Unfortunately, you will need to pay for a reattempt.
Also, after the exam, you should receive your score on your registered email ID. Make sure to review it carefully to understand the areas where you need to focus and improve.
My suggestion would be to strengthen your preparation before the next attempt:
- Go through the full learning path in ServiceNow University
- Practice hands-on in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
- Read the CAD ebook thoroughly and revise key concepts
- Practise mock test if needed
- Focus more on the weaker areas highlighted in your score report
You can access them here:
- Learning Path: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/certified-application-developer-cad-learning-pat...
- Practise Test: https://www.measureup.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=cad
With consistent preparation, you will be in a much stronger position to clear it in your next attempt.
Thank You!
Juhi Poddar
