how to add 'ADD' button to the stories related list in servicenow workspace for a change request

Hi All,

I have a related list 'stories' defined for a 'change request' in service operations workspace. I am looking to add a 'add' button to link the existing stories to a change request. To achieve this, I have taken the copy of OOB add list action defined for problem an done the change accordingly. But the list action is not getting displayed on stories related list. Below are the screenshots of  workspace record and configuration
