Hi - I am trying to find the most recent workflow diagrams covering the various types of IT Changes that ServiceNow can manage. I am interested in the out of of the box experience in order to compare with our current heavily customised versioning. I have only been able to find a post with diagrams dating back to 2020 so kinda concerned they may be out of date... any one able to offer any help please?

On Name field , search by "Change - Normal" or "Change - Standard" or "Change - Emergency"

@Tanushree Maiti Thank you for that - we need to try to get hold of a personal dev instance to pull the 'pure' processes - to compare. Appreciate the help 🙂
