Requested by - not showing on any Overview Card

I am wondering which overview card is supposed to have the requested by person?   My users are liking the overview screen and noted that they have to go to the detail screen to enter this one field.

Hi @dboudreau670890 , 

Steps to add and edit Requested by field in overview tab: 

1) Open any change request record, then select Configure → Form Layout from the context menu. 

2) Select the "SOW-Change-Overview" view and choose any available section (for example, the Summary section).

3) Move Requested by to the Selected bucket, then click Save to apply the changes.

4) To test this, go to SOW → Changes → All, open any change request record, and navigate to the Overview tab → Summary. Verify that the Requested by field is visible.

5) Click on the pencil icon to edit the value.

@Ankur Bawiskar This is for the Change Overview screen within the Service Operations Workspace.  Also, this is for New Normal changes (ideally it would be for all models).

 

I would think this would be in the assignment overview card and the assign modal.  However, it is not.

@M Shivani Thanks.  that is awesome.  I didn't see the overview closure card in the form layout.  Do you happen to know where that is hiding so I can add fields to it?  Business has a requirement to add some PIR questions to that card, if close code <> successful.
