Hi @Akshay_Gadewar ,
Even i have faced this issue , this happens mostly when you are logging in as an admin or have multiple persona roles , it shows multiple overview tabs.
So ,You don't need UI builder for this , you can follow the below steps :
- Navigate to the sys_ux_app_route table and find the record where "Screen Collection" = Incident Overview.
- In this record, click the value/referenced record on the "Screen Collection" field (in this case it's the "Incident Overview" link).
- Within this record (sys_ux_screen_type), under the "UX Screens" related list, click on the "Incident Overview SNC" record.
- Within this record (sys_ux_screen), uncheck the "Active" field and save the record.
- It might be necessary to perform an instance cache clear (/cache.do) after for the change to reflect.
The Overview tab in incident form in SOW will be removed accordingly after.

Hi @Akshay_Gadewar ,
Then unfortunately, you will have to live with it as i did for one of my customer while implementing Risk Workspace in non-prod env.
In prod it will be okay.
