I have a question for the community. How are other ServiceNow change management groups managing change to the cloud environment. Do your cloud environments us CMDB and CI's or are you using Technical Services for the changes? The challenge is the elasticity and ephemeral nature of the cloud platform. The secondary challenge is the speed the cloud resources are created and micro deployments at a high rate of change.
