This is possible > SOLUTION > update Script include; ProblemRelatedListChangeRequestItemFilter

**Update line 4 to return "parentISEMPTY"; (Remove Active=true)

**Note, this will likely expose more CHG tickets than your users desire (All cancelled and Closed).  So be prepared to write a smarter Query for line 4
