I'm thinking of using the "Snowflake Connector for Servicenow" to retrieve data from Servicenow.

In this case, will Servicenow incur provider fees?

Nope, ServiceNow won't charge anything to pull data from it's instance.

You just need an endpoint and authentication details to connect
