ACC agent not populating installed software

Hi ALL,
Acc agent is not able to discover installed software for windows machine.
SAM plugin is already installed even then the installed software is not populatting under related list, Why?
Can someone please suggest how to get that?

Hey, if you're referring to the OOTB "Software Installed" related list and wondering why ACC Agent not pulling the software installations data, trying adding another related list named "Software Installation->Installed On"

We recently had this issue and raised a case with ServiceNow. Below is the fix they provided -
1. Activate the com.sn_samp_master plugin.
2. In the Software Filters table (discovery_spkg_filter), Type = Windows, the Filter should be Include. We had customized it to Exclude which was causing the issue.
