IP address are getting deleted by system

Why are IP addresses being deleted by the system some time after they are discovered? I see many IP address records in the deleted records. Is there any OOTB functionality that deletes IP address records? I have reviewed deletion strategies (mark as abscent) but I can see absent ip address in the list, they are not deleted.

IP address records are getting deleted, not the IP field being wiped out. The records gets created and after some time, gets deleted. 

Did you check if any job or flow is running, or if there are any other rules in place? If yes, and the issue persists, please log a case with the Now Support team.
