Agent Client Collector is working on windows computers but not windows servers.

We have Agent Client Collector, and it is working on windows computers but not windows servers. When we click on "Collect host data" it gets Collected but no data is being updated. Is there something that has to be enabled for windows servers?

Here is the resolution to my problem, system property "sn_agent.disco_disable_ci_clobber_of_agentless_disco" had to be set to "false".

Hi @santisg 

 

It has same procedure as windows laptop to get hardware information 

 

can you please verify the check has been executed? Check the checks field on agent record

 

If executed Enhanced Discovery Check see the Recent ECC Input to view payload.

All test checks pass, still no data when clicking on Collect host data.
