You want to import the various types of CI output from external systems into ServiceNow in a single import.
When using an import set, you can
Is there a way to register CIs from a single Excel file output from an external system into multiple target tables?
Or is there any other easy way to import besides an import set?
Thank you in advance.

Now we understand why it is not recommended to use the normal import method for CMDB.
However, I would also like to know the specific way to import Excel files and import data into different tables in one batch.
Also, what do you mean by "CMDB rules"?

Hi
with CMDB rules I mean:
- Identification Rules (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-managemen...)
- Reconciliation Rules (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-managemen...)
In case you hear the first time of such topics, I highly recommend learning everything about the CMDB and how it works.
For the beginning, start with the following: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-managemen...
You can read there why it is important to use the IRE for pushing data to the CMDB (a normal Import will not do that!).
And to answer your question regarding the multiple transform maps: Please watch the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMjSpK3OaUY&list=PL3rNcyAiDYK0at2ypM6uhp_Mg6-gZlIdP&index=8
Kind regards
Maik
