Building Work Instructions for tasks in Servicenow

We need to start building out work instructions for all the tasks done in Stockroom and updating CMDB.  Does Servicenow have somewhere with pre-built work instructions on all the standard tasks for updating information to the CMDB?  Like, Building an Import, Assigning a PC to a user, Retiring an PC, Decommissioning a Server, etc.....

I would suggest creating Knowledge Articles. And/or you can create a flow to generate a task for each step.
