Hi,
Yes you can update the state field value as open but the workflow which is running behind may not work again if its already ended. So if entire request process is closed better not to open again otherwise you have to deal with ended workflow which will create more manual work for you.
Please mark this response as correct and helpful if it helps you can mark more that one reply as accepted solution

Hi @VIKAS45 ,
- You can navigate to script execution history from filter navigater.
- Search the record which u executed. By sorting created (z to a) field.
- Open the record. When u scroll below you should be able to see Rollback as an related link.
- Click on it, a pop up will appear where u need to enter 'yes'.
- All the changes will be rolled back.
Note : Rollback back option stays for only 4 hours post which the it will disappear from your record.
Mark my answer helpful & accepted if it answers your question.
Thanks,
Danish
