CSRDecodeCertificateAjax script include doesnt work when an end user try to submit a new Request

Hey,

 I'm getting an error on the Service Portal when I impersonate an end user. It works just fine for an admin.

We have a catalog client script that uses the global.CSRDecodeCertificateAjax OOB script include to parse the CSR and get the CN and SAN. The functions work fine for admins, but return errors when the end user tries to submit a request.
