Change, incident, problem how to select multiple affected ci's

Change ticket is only allowing one selection of CI
I believe I remember it was able to do multiple selections:

Hi @Joshua Comeau 

 

On form level you can add only 1 CI and main and rest you can add in affected / impacted Services in the related list.
