Change template with multiple change tasks and CI's

If we have a change created that will happen every month and has multiple CI's and change tasks, is it possible to convert this into a template? Trying to find a way besides copying a change.

In template we can add only one CI, as showed above.

In templates we don't have Affected CI Related List.

No, Flow Designer.

When we copy the change, only then all CI including the affected get copied. But in templates, not a possible case.

Also, I have a question, will patching happen only 1 CI every time?

Understood, just thought maybe flow designer could create the change in ways a template could not. All good thank you!
