CIS-DF Exam Preparation – Need Recommendations for Practice Tests & Mock Exams

Hi everyone

I am currently preparing for the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CIS-DF) exam and wanted to get some advice from the community.

I’m going through the official learning resources and reviewing topics like CMDB, CSDM, data ingestion, and data quality. I think some good mock exams and practice questions would really help with my preparation.

If anyone has recommendations for CIS-DF mock exams, practice questions, or other useful exam-prep resources, I’d appreciate any suggestions.

I recently took the CIS DF exam myself, and Udemy courses are very helpful but online exam questions do the job aswell.

I’d also recommend completing the full official CIS DF learning path in Now Learning: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/servicenow-ai-platform/data-foundations-cmdb-and-csdm-impleme....
The lab exercises are especially useful because they help you understand how things actually work in ServiceNow instead of just memorizing the theory. For topics like CMDB, CSDM, IRE, data ingestion, and data quality, doing the exercises made the concepts much clearer for me.

If there’s something you don’t fully understand, I’d also recommend asking someone around you who has experience with Servicenow, or using AI to explain the topic in a simpler way or give you some examples. That can really help when the official material feels a bit abstract.

If you complete the full learning path, do the labs, and understand why things work the way they do, I think you’ll be in a good position for the exam.
