[Cloud CMDB] one resource impacts all resources of a subscription

Hello,

We are importing our cloud CMDB from SG-Azure.

We have an unexpected behavior when we :
- declare an incident on one virtual machine
- refresh impacted services
- all Application Services of all resources from the subscription are shown (instead of only the vm's service)

I digged into the relations and found the following:
the virtual machine is actually child of a resource group
... which itself is child of logical datacenter
... which itself is child of all resources from the subscription

Has anyone came upon the issue ?
Any idea whether something is wrong?
Or a workarround?

Regards,

Hi @marcguegueniat ,

As per my understanding, you must need to provide the reader role to all Datacenter, All resource group, Subscription and Virtual Machine, Might be due to complete reader role it is not able to fetch the complete information,

Please cross check with Azure Admin team on this.

Hello Ajay,

Thanks for trying to help, but I d'ont think my issue is linked to Datacenter retrieval.

It seems to me all the retrieval of data from SG Azure is ok.

My question is towards the realtions/modelisation of the retrieved data.

This modelisation does not seem adequate in terms of impact calculation.
