Unable to discovery Network Printers in servicenow

Hello All,
Since last couple of months we are unable to discovery Network Printer devices in CMDB.
We checked with network team for any firewall issue, but they are unable to see any traffic from source to destination. Even if we checked in Credentials Affinity table from which SNMP it has been discovery, but now they are no more getting discovered.
Can anyone guide me if we are missing anything while discovery Network Printer devices.

Hi @VisheshJ ,
You must needs to check the what error you are getting while running on Individual IP of Printer for discovery.
1. Can be firewall policy issue, check port 161 UDP is open or not
2. Check for SNMP Credentials test for particular network IP
3. Check the error logs of discovery for Network printer IP, Might be you needs to add the SNMP classification and SNMP OID for Network printer.
