Basically the question.
What UAT activities do you consider mandatory before a CMDB go-live?
What kind of excel sheets, Word documents and any kind of docs your prepare and circulate?
Looking for a exhaustive checklist based on real go-live experience.

Incident/Change Impact Analysis: Test if users can successfully select CIs on Incidents or Change Requests, and if the dependency views accurately represent service impacts.
CSDM Alignment: Verify that data maps correctly to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework (e.g., Business Application -> Application Service -> Infrastructure).
Approval Workflows: Test that data changes require approval from designated CI owners, if applicable.
