CMDB Health Dashboard not working

Hi All,

I need your help: The CMDB Dashboard is currently not displaying any data. I have enabled all the "CMDB Health Dashboard Jobs" and also executed them. I see this:

Hi Jaydeep,

Once you run the job it takes a couple of minutes to complete. 

1. Check the job status here - cmdb_health_metric_status

2. Even after the job if there is no data, check the health properties in the Class manager

3. If everything is configured right

    1. try to delete these records in this table and rerun the job. [cmdb_health_result, duplicate_audit_result]

    2. try this in the lower instance first and proceed for prod.

Hi Murali,

After my investigation, I have found that the status is missing (Metric).

Do you know how to restore (CMDB Health Metrics). I have already tried importing xml of those records but I am getting permission denied error.

As Murali mentions check navigate to cmdb_health_metric_status.list and confirm you see the metrics for Completeness, Compliance, Correctness with a state of completed. This confirms they ran as expected. The dashboard should display data afterwards or after a refresh.
