CMDB Health result description should match with respective task record description.

I have a requirement where, whenever the Description field changes in a CMDB Health Result record (for example, when completeness attributes are added or removed and the job runs), the updated description should also be reflected in the associated Remediation Task (recommended_field_remediation) record's Description field.

I initially tried implementing this using a Business Rule on the CMDB Health Result table. However, the Business Rule is not triggering when the Description field is updated. I configured the condition as Description changes, but the Business Rule is still not being executed.

Could you please help me understand why the Business Rule is not triggering on the CMDB Health Result table and suggest an alternative approach to achieve this requirement?
