Hi @saranyavs

Did you try after clearing the cache? Also, consider repairing the CMDB Workspace plugin—it might help resolve the issue."

Hi @saranyavs ,

As per my understanding why this happens

* The CMDB Health widget on the Workspace is a visualization (e.g., indicator, report, or Performance Analytics widget) that relies on specific underlying data sources, PA indicators, or scheduled jobs.
* Often, the widget shows empty / loading if:
* The related Indicator Source or PA job hasn't run yet.
* The PA data collection is disabled or failed.
* Wrong filters or domain separation prevent data from loading.
* The widget config in UI Builder isn’t mapped properly.

Solution Steps:
Step 1: Verify CMDB Health jobs
1. Go to CMDB Health > Schedules.
2. Check if the CMDB Health Daily Job or Health Dashboard data collection jobs are:
* Active
* Running on schedule
* Not failing (check syslog or job logs).
If the data collection hasn’t run recently, run it manually:
* Navigate to Scheduled Jobs.
* Find the CMDB Health Daily or CMDB Health Dashboard job.
* Click Execute Now.

Step 2: Check Performance Analytics (PA) indicators
1. Navigate to:
Performance Analytics > Indicators
Search for indicators like:
* CMDB Health Completeness Score
* CMDB Health Compliance Score
2. Make sure:
* They exist and are active.
* Collection job is set up and running.
If missing → re-import PA content pack for CMDB Health (if applicable).

Step 3: Validate widget configuration in UI Builder
1. Open Now Experience Framework > UI Builder.
2. Find the CMDB Workspace Home Page experience.
3. Locate the CMDB Health widget.
4. Check:
* Data source: is it pointing to the correct PA indicator or report?
* Filter: is it set to current user’s domain, or limited scope?
* Conditions: sometimes it filters out all data unintentionally.

Step 4: Domain separation (if applicable)
If you’re using domain-separated environment:
* Make sure the logged-in user has visibility to the CMDB Health scores.
* Scores must be collected & aggregated per domain; sometimes, parent domain users see data, child domain users don’t.

Step 5: Check access & permissions
* User must have roles like:
* pa_viewer
* cmdb_admin or equivalent read access to CMDB tables & health tables.
* Lack of permission → widget fails to load.

Step 6: Browser console & network tab
Open browser console (F12) → look for:
* API errors (403, 404)
* Data load errors
* JS errors that stop widget rendering
This can point to missing data or misconfigured API.
