In CMDB Workspace Home page-
we need to restrict Important actions, CMDB health, Total CIs widget to CMDB Admin role only.
Also In quick links (Create CI, Relationship health dashboard, Unified Map) to cmdb admins only.
How we can achieve this ?

We have been redesigning CMDB Workspace in an effort to simplify the experience and have it more persona-based. Since the design is significantly different, we have developed a new workspace we are calling Service Graph Workspace. One of our aims is to eventually provide a single place to manage and work with CI, Service and Foundation data (planned) - hence changing the name from "CMDB Workspace" to "Service Graph Workspace".
In Service Graph Workspace, the home page is now persona-driven:
- General users with the sn_cmdb_user role land on a Search & Explore module where they can browse and search for CMDB data
- Owners or managers of data with the sn_cmdb_editor role land on a Data Owner home page where they can work with their CIs and related info
- CMDB Admins with the sn_cmdb_admin role land on a Governance page, based on the CMDB Workspace Management page, but now incorporating Important Actions, Health and What's New widgets.
Service Graph Workspace is designed to co-exist with CMDB Workspace, allowing you to get to know it and plan transitioning to it, and will be available in CMDB Workspace v9.0 releasing on the store soon.
Note: we are designing a new role-based Quick Links feature for Service Graph Workspace that will be available in a forthcoming release.
In short, you can create a variant of the current CMDB Workspace home page and modify it in UIB, or wait for CMDB Workspace v9.0 and try out Service Graph Workspace.

I agree—you have a case, and link shared below is helpful. However, from a user process perspective, this is not a good approach.
The CMDB workspace contains a lot of information that ITIL users and relevant roles need to access. Hiding this type of information in tabs or tables, , can create unnecessary restrictions.
It’s better to keep it open for everyone. Otherwise, enforcing such restrictions later may become technical debt.
