I’ve studied ServiceNow for years and would love to implement a CMDB or at least get an idea of how.

What courses would you advise to take, would you include ServiceMapping?

Hi, thanks for the answer, I am aware of the ServiceMapping course available, I am thinking about a step by step guide, although it might be a long and somewhat comprehensive one but something that shows and explains on how to implement a CMDB.
