cmdb_inst_admin

Hello,

Is there a way to assess in ServiceNow when a specific role is assigned to a user, what modules/tables they would have access to? For example a user is requesting the cmdb_inst_admin role (for IntegrationHub ETL), which is comprised of the following roles:

  • import_admin
  • itil_admin
  • itil
  • action_designer

ls there a way to assess if providing this role would grant them "more" access in the platform than is needed?

Appreciate some guidance in this. Thank you.
