CMDB Integration Execution Errors

Hi Service Graph Connector for CrowdStrike is giving me CMDB integration errors. messages like

1(Found duplicate records in table [cmdb_ci_hardware] using fields [name].)  

Identification Reconciliation Engine(IRE) Processing errors->
