CMDB OOB data source Reports and Dashboard Creation

Hi @Everyone, i am creating OOB CMDB data source reports and Dashboard for multiple data sources like SCCM, AIrWatch, JAMF ,
here for the AirWatch we have custom table "u_cmdb_ci_mobile_devices" which is Target table in transform map for AirWatch, when creating reports and dashboard we have given Dashboard name as OOB reports and Dashboard via Data source.

is it good that we are calling it OOB reports and dashboard or we should make separate dashboard as custom reports and dashboard, since for AirWatch Mobile Devices are coming into u_cmdb_ci_mobile_devices, a custom table.

It's available out-of-the-box. You can find it in the CMDB workspace under the "CMDB 360" tab. However, that name isn't ideal; it would be better to name it based on its specific functionality.

Hi Pratiksha, thank you for replying, the thing is we have some deliverable in SOW as OOB reports and Dashboards, so making reports on custom table can we name it OOB report and dashboard, apart CMDB 360 reporter or these are to be considered as custom reports

No, I will not recommend it to name like that. Go with naming based on functionality. Previously you were asking about the discovery sources for that CMDB 360 will help. Even ServiceNow does not name it like that.

we have already prepared some reports and dashboard on all the data sources and populated the data and grouped by, like total CIs by different Class, Model ID and manufacturer, which all are configured on OOB tables like , cmdb_ci_computer , cmdb_ci_hardware, cmdb_ci_comm,  and showing this to client telling prepared some OOB reports , However reports made on custom table which starts with u_cmdb_ci_mobile device, can we consider in same dashboard or we should specify it custom report since mobile device table is custom
