Hi all,
We are moving forward configuring and populating our CMDB. However today we came up with a question in the controls that we must have entering data into the CMDB.
First thing is that we have interations that autopopulate some classes in the CMDB and also make updates that way. BUT we also have the situation that we might have manual population data into the CMDB, so for this case is there any out of the box feature from Service Now that we can use? or we should build our own manual control process (workflows in Service Now) ?
