A mature and healthy CMDB can support various types of business objectives like IT service management (E.g. Improve change risk assessment and incident impact analysis), IT asset management (E.g. Enhance asset operations due to presence of accurate operational attributes about assets), IT operations management (E.g. More efficient outage prevention using AIOps) etc.
