CMDB Requirement Gathering Template

Hi,

I need template to gather CMDB related requirements to setup CMDB from Scratch would be help.

1) Identify their multiple data sources

2) CI Classes, Relationships, Dependencies Hierarchy, Attributes, Scoping, CDSM alignment etc

3) Reference Industry standard Data Model and Architecture

Assets like CMDB - Customer workshop preparation, CMDB - project workshop, CMDB - starter stories, CSDM data model examples, CSDM data modeling workbook etc. should be useful based on what you have mentioned
