CMDB Simulator Task 10 - Remediate Duplicates

Hello.

I am working for this CMDB simulator and i am not able to validate this one task

Task 10: Remediate Duplicates

I tried all the steps as requested but not able to complete the validations. Keep getting the below error - 

Did you retain the oldest CI record, then merge Assigned To, Company, and Cost Center from the dupli...
Did you execute the scheduled job for the Completeness scorecards to update the dashboard? Your resu...

Appreciate if anyone can help me to figure this out. I only have 1 more day left with my simulator, cannot even extend the expiry. Please help me with the steps on this i need to clear this simulator to get my micro certificate.

Also if i could not clear this and my simulator expires will i be able to get another simulator get and restart the course.

i am sorry your simulator expired. But i just finished my task. if in case you want to try again here's the solution.

when you are trying to accomplish the remediation... use the inputs as 1.Cost center > Customer Support 2. Company > ACME Australia 3. Assigned to : Kyle ferri and continue the steps for remediation. Once you are done you can go ahead and check if your De-duplication states closed complete. refresh your CMDB health view and your task shall validate.

I am also struggling on this, but i have managed to complete the task, only issue that i have in my work notes, that i have Cost center company assigned to but i do not have customer support acme and kyle. any suggestions thanks. Would this have an affect, on the cmdb query builder ?
