CMDB View Dashboard not showing any data -Urgent Need Help!

Hi Team,

 

We previously had a CMDB view dashboard that was displaying all the relevant data, but suddenly no data is visible. Additionally, the overall health count is showing as "NA."  Could you please assist with this issue urgently?

 Please find the screenshot below for reference.

@MDAQUIBK  If you have upgraded to Xanadu please refer these release notes, health dashboards are now moved to CMDB workspace. Also please upgrade the workspace version to 7.4 to view overall and legacy scoring.

Hello @MDAQUIBK 

 

I can see that relationship is having incomplete score still, can you check what is happening while calculating it's score ? I assume there the data is breaking and hence unable to calculate the overall score.
