CMDB Workspace Health-Completeness not calculating correctly

Hello -- CMDB Workspace Health -Completeness and Correctness KPIs are not updating. They show 100%, yet the details clearly show issues... NOT adding up to 100%, nor even close. Correctness & Completeness shows same problem.. the summary is 100%, but the details reveal there are issues so Summary isn't accurate.
Jobs are updating daily. This is on Xanadu: glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch4-11-22-2024
Anyone else seeing this?

Please check if the Dashboard jobs are active and working.
Navigate to All > Configuration > CMDB Dashboard > CMDB View, and then click CMDB Health Dashboard Jobs

Jobs running normally as scheduled. No errors in logs.
I also ran Completeness job manually.. the UIs widget updated with most recent run as expected. But summary rollup % is still 100% which isn't correct 😞

Is your CMDB workspace and other related plugins up to date...? I guess this is because of the Job processing.
The Jobs that run to get the KPIs usually run for longer, and in the upgraded versions, ServiceNow optimizes them.

@DaveHertel Please review the number of CIs evaluated under 'required' vs. 'recommended.' If 'required' is evaluating 10M CIs and all pass, while 'recommended' evaluates only 100K CIs, even with some failures, rounding during completeness calculations might inflate the score to 100%. Hover over the donut chart to see the actual failure and total counts—rounding is likely the cause.
We are aware of this and will fix this by rounding down. Please look at this to se how the new scoring works.
