Enable Multisource CMDB
- Activate the ITOM Discovery License (com.snc.itom.discovery.license) plugin.
- Add the Multisource CMDB system property glide.identification_engine.multisource_enabled and set it to 'true'. - You probably need this.
Go to system properties or type sys_properties.list in the left nav and press enter. Create a new property there.
- glide.identification_engine.multisource_cmdb_ci_enabled
- glide.identification_engine.multisource_non_cmdb_ci_enabled
Mark it Helpful and Accept Solution!! If this helps you to understand.

If the CIs last discovery is older than your max last discovered, in your case 7 then it will show the data for the sources that didn't discover that data.
My guess is your sources have all discovered the data so its not showing anything in that widget.
