Connect Business Process to Business Applciation using M2M table

Hello,
how can I connect a Business Application to a Business Process using the M2M table called: cmdb_m2m_business_process_ci, in the User Interface?
I really do not care about the semantic of this operation and I do not need a Reference link.
I really need a value added to the M2M table to do some debug.
Can anyone tell me how reach this info in the user interface (form or dashboard or whatever, keep in mind I am not at all a user of Service Now frontend so I may not understand some terms I am for sure not familiar with.)
Appreciate any help you can give me.
