Contextual search configuration filter in agent assist

Hi,

I am trying to show kb articles with the same value in cmdb_ci as in configuration item in incident. 

How can I filter agent assist to show kb articles with the same value in cmdb_ci as in configuration item on the incident?

This is how I tried doing it, but couldn't get it to work.

As I understand you have to have a search field and that has to be a string. Would appreciate help.

i can see the active check box is false .Can you make it active and try and also change the compare value to SYS ID if possible.
