Hello Friends,
I need your suggestions about identify correct CI class for Avaya Automatic call distribution (ACD) and Call recorder in CMDB.
I am thinking to use cmdb_ci_comm class. But confused about cmdb_ci_multimedia .

Hi @nareshTT ,
- If your Call Recorder is strictly handling audio and operates as part of a communication system, cmdb_ci_comm could be appropriate.
- If the Call Recorder includes multimedia features (like video or advanced analytics beyond telephony), cmdb_ci_multimedia might be more fitting.
