Creating Service Offering - Guidance Needed

Hi @amitmanna 

First create the Service, and then add the Service Offering.
When creating the Service, you can select the type — Technical, Business, or Application.

You can create the Service Offering using Service Builder:

Steps

1. Go to Service Builder.

2. If a Service already exists, select it — otherwise create a new one.

3. Continue through the steps.

4. At Step 4, you’ll see the option to create the Service Offering.
