CSDM reference documents and Relationship mapping examples

Hi all,

I am trying to learn the CSDM and would like some good reference documents for the same. I have referred to the CSDM 101 primer.

Also, it would be great if you can share an example of the business service, application service, tech service and infrastructure CI mapping diagram which could better help me understand on how different components are related.
