For this correct answer would be :
B. Create a CMDB Data Manager Certification Policy (On the CMDB workspace, through the quick links > Navigate to data manager > There you can find a button "Create a new policy".)
C. Remediate duplicate CI records (In the homepage of CMDB Workspace you can see important actions, there you will be find the tile for duplicate CIs.)
