Data ignored during transform

I am trying to transform the data using temp table. Few fields are ignored. Can you please suggest the solution for me

can you provide more detailed info , like

•  which field is getting ignored?
• and field map screenshot for that fields ,
• and what data u r putting into that fields (basically data type from excel)
• screenshots will help
